The Voyager Estate kitchen garden supply’s 90% of the vegetables used in their Discovery menu, with the chefs and gardeners collaborating on planning the season's plantings to ensure a constant variety of vegetables and herbs, picked daily when at their optimum ripeness.
The Voyager Estate menu is a journey of discovery and changes every two months due to seasonality of the ingredients.

Cape Mentelle has over 150 hectares of its own vines across four vineyards within the Margaret River region. Primary plantings are cabernet sauvignon, semillon and sauvignon blanc, with smaller amounts of shiraz, chardonnay, merlot, cabernet franc and zinfandel.
A behind the scenes tour at one of the regions founding five wineries followed by a private tasting of six wines matched to a selection of delicious local produce, hosted in the historic Cape Mentelle barrel cellar.
After lunch we have an opportunity to meet the owner and winemaker at one of the regions genuine artisan wine producers and to embrace the magic and the story that lives within each glass!
